Background

The Community Health Clinic was established in 2002 as a volunteer based safety-net healthcare organization. Our mission is to increase access to FREE health care, dental care, prescription assistance, advocacy, & education. Our services are available to residents of Hardin, LaRue, Meade, Breckinridge, & Grayson Counties who are UNINSURED and at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Eligibility
  • Must be a resident of Hardin, LaRue, Meade, Breckinridge, or Grayson
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be UNINSURED
  • Receiving disability income WITHOUT medical coverage
  • Household income must be 300% or below the Federal Poverty Level.

    It is with great deliberation and our sincerest apologies that we are POSTPONING Taste of the Heartland, originally scheduled for 08/28/2021. This decision has been made due to the rapid rise of the infectivity of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. While we are still as dedicated as ever to our mission, the safety of our attendees comes first.
